My Story with Shanghai Fenggang Steel Group Co., Ltd.

Well, I will summarize my story here with evidence. First we ordered 3mm thickness 8*4 ft A36 grade 29 plates and 2mm thickness 8*4ft A36 grade 43 plates and 1095 carbon steel 3mm thickness 8*4 ft 5 plates. Before telling other things I will say you how I find this suppler. I opened alibaba website during an ads, after that I searched for steel plate and this seller was found in the search results. After that I talked with the supplier and get a quotation. When I asked to pay through alibaba trade assurance they said that to do the payment to their local bank account, otherwise the price of the goods increase by about 20-25%. I believe them and I did an advance payment to their local bank account.

Well, after that the goods were ready to ship and she (the lady who contacted with me from beginning) sent me pictures of goods and asked to do the remaining payment. So far I had a doubt and I searched their company name on google and I could see a blog post about their service. I cannot remember the person who wrote this post, but there mentioned that Shanghai Fenggang Steel is a scamming company. That’s why I asked to send goods first and after releasing B/L we will do the remaining payment. They sent the B/L and we did the remaining payment.

After few weeks the goods was arrived and checked by myself. But I could not see 1095 carbon steel plates.
We ordered 3mm thickness 8*4 ft A36 grade 29 plates, but we received 2.5mm thickness 8*4 ft plates.
We ordered 2mm thickness 8*4ft A36 grade 43 plates, but we received 1.7mm thickness 8*4 ft plates.
We ordered 1095 carbon steel 3mm thickness 8*4 ft 5 plates, but we received 3*150*300mm small one plate.

I said this to the supplier and he did not reply for the question.

After that I said this to alibaba website and I opened a case. After that the supplier replied me and so far I did not receive any positive feedback. Alibaba platform cannot take any decisions against this matter. Because all these are came from Chinese suppliers and they purchased GOLD membership, that’s why no point saving customers by alibaba team. They save scammers. They stolen my money.
